DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement and operate CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for critical risk analytics platforms. The role works closely with development, infrastructure and security teams to deliver reliable, automated and secure systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure for Risk IT systems.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable DevOps solutions.
• Automate build, deployment and release processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Develop, test and review code and infrastructure configurations for quality and reliability.
• Deploy updates, patches and fixes across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Ensure security, resilience and compliance with DevSecOps standards.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of production incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with software engineers to enforce DevOps best practices.
• Support private or hybrid cloud infrastructure implementation and management.
• Create automation scripts for maintenance, monitoring and visualization.
• Set up and maintain observability tools such as logging, metrics and tracing.
• Participate in project planning and technical decision‑making for DevOps initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of DevOps engineering experience, including 2–3 years with cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2).
• Hybrid work setup (50 % onsite, 50 % remote).

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket.
• Containerisation: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Scripting: Python, Groovy, Shell.
• Operating systems: Unix/Linux.
• Automation/configuration: Ansible, Helm.
• Observability: Dynatrace, OpenSearch, FluentBit.
• DevSecOps: Fortify, NexusIQ.
• Cloud platforms (public or private).
• Additional knowledge: Redis, MLflow, SSO, Git workflows.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools (LLMs, coding assistants).
