Design Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Design Manager who blends hands‑on design expertise with strategic leadership. The role focuses on creating high‑performing, conversion‑driven experiences across multiple channels to drive client and member acquisition for our AI‑powered healthcare platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive design initiatives that optimize acquisition and conversion across email, website, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
• Design, test, and iterate high‑impact growth experiences, including campaigns, client emails, and landing pages.
• Balance strong brand storytelling with conversion‑focused design to ensure visual consistency.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary design team.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Execute and continuously optimize best‑in‑class user experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a hands‑on designer and strategic design leader.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build alignment without direct authority.
• Experience navigating complex, cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive acquisition and conversion through design.
• AI fluency at Level 1 (daily use of AI to boost personal productivity).
