Deputy Service Office Manager – Holiday Rentals

About the role

The Deputy Service Office Manager will support the smooth operation of a holiday‑rental service office in Albufeira. Working on‑site, you will lead a team that handles owner relations, guest services and daily administrative tasks, ensuring high service standards and a positive experience for both guests and property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational and administrative performance of the office.
• Supervise and coordinate teams responsible for owner relations, guest services and daily operations.
• Monitor workflows, processes and quality standards, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ensure revenue, occupancy and service‑quality targets are met.
• Identify and develop opportunities to grow the property portfolio.
• Coordinate external partners such as cleaning, maintenance and technical services.
• Handle incidents, complaints and claims efficiently and professionally.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team, fostering a collaborative, customer‑oriented culture.

Required profile

• Expert‑level leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
• Experience in a customer‑focused, operational or hospitality environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, independent mindset with a passion for administration and customer service.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) are a plus.
• Availability to work on‑site in Albufeira, including shift work and weekends.
