Deputy Service Office Manager – Holiday Rentals

About the role

The Deputy Service Office Manager supports the daily operations of a holiday‑rental service office in Albufeira, ensuring high service standards for both property owners and guests. This permanent, on‑site position combines team leadership, operational coordination, and customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational and administrative performance of the office.
• Supervise teams handling owner relations, guest services, and daily tasks.
• Monitor workflows, processes, and quality standards, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ensure revenue, occupancy, and service‑quality targets are met.
• Coordinate external partners such as cleaning, maintenance, and technical services.
• Handle incidents, complaints, and claims professionally.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to foster a collaborative, customer‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Expert‑level leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills adaptable to various audiences.
• Experience in a customer‑focused, operational or hospitality environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to work on‑site in Albufeira, including shifts and weekends.
