Deployment Strategist - Portuguese Speaker

About the role

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists who act as customer‑facing advisors, defining AI strategy, shaping agentic solutions, and driving measurable adoption for enterprise customers. The role involves leading end‑to‑end engagements, typically 12 weeks or less, to deliver AI‑enabled deployments that generate real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle customer engagements from identification through deployment and consumption, owning outcomes at each stage.
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, conduct design workshops, and architect solutions across Salesforce’s AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting as the operational backbone of the team.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics, identifying blockers early and driving measurable value realization.
• Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and keep delivery milestones on track.
• Assess AI readiness, guide change management, and provide product feedback to influence the platform roadmap.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer‑facing delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or technical advisory.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to customer sites.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
