Delivery Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

MoOngy is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who is fluent in French and English to lead IT projects and services from its Lisbon hub. The role combines client‑facing responsibilities with the coordination of cross‑functional technical teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of IT projects and services, meeting quality standards, timelines, budgets and client expectations.
• Coordinate, motivate and guide cross‑functional technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor service performance using KPIs and SLAs, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Identify, manage and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
• Facilitate governance meetings, workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, estimations and resource planning activities.
• Contribute to IT transformation and integration programmes across complex environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT department (DSI) operations and service delivery environments.
• Hands‑on experience with IT service delivery models, including ESNs and Service Centers.
• Excellent governance, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in budget management, KPI tracking and SLA monitoring.
• Results‑oriented, autonomous and rigorous mindset.
