Data Designer

About the role

The Data Designer will guide data‑intensive projects by understanding requirements, coordinating across IT, and ensuring adherence to enterprise standards. This role also shares lessons learned to foster continuous improvement in the data space.

Key responsibilities

• Map data flows, business processes, and technical interfaces, recommending solutions and adaptations.
• Document source‑to‑target mappings for data integration and web services, ensuring alignment with data quality and transformation rules.
• Conduct complex data profiling using enterprise‑standard technologies.
• Contribute to the creation and review of conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Provide recommendations to satisfy business data needs while ensuring compliance with data governance policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related IT field.
• At least five years of experience in data warehousing, database administration, and cloud‑based data integration services.
• Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
