Data Customer Success Consultant

About the role

Efficio is looking for a Data Customer Success Consultant to join its Lisbon office. In this position you will work directly with global clients, delivering and maintaining SpendCube refreshes and procurement analytics solutions that enable better sourcing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing SpendCube refreshes and procurement analytics for a portfolio of international clients.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring a high‑quality client experience.
• Gather, validate and analyse client data to guarantee accurate and timely delivery.
• Investigate and resolve data quality or technical issues.
• Design, build and improve automated data pipelines using Python, SQL and AI‑powered tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline delivery through automation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal consultants, product teams and client stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Support and mentor junior team members on technical questions and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a client‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with AI‑powered automation tools.
• Familiarity with procurement data models such as SpendCube.
