Data Compliance Operations Specialist

About the role

As a member of Airbus' Data Security and Compliance team, you will help minimise data‑loss risks and ensure the company follows all relevant data‑management regulations, including Export Control, GDPR, National Security and internal classification rules.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between regulatory policies and application owners to document and maintain accurate data classification and compliance levels for all Airbus applications.
• Manage cookie‑consent compliance for Airbus‑owned websites, working with Legal and Web‑factory teams and using OneTrust for consent management.
• Support the Data Compliance Center by contributing to remediation campaigns, creating and updating dashboards and reports, handling alerts, and assisting with testing and new use‑case integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Data Science, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of data regulations such as Export Control, GDPR, National Security and company‑specific classification schemes.
• Experience with IT and cybersecurity risk‑management activities.
• Ability to prepare, clean and analyse data and to maintain BI dashboards.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to explain complex compliance rules to non‑technical stakeholders.
