Business Simplification & IT Partner (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Simplification & IT Partner who is fluent in French to join our team in Lisbon. The role focuses on optimizing our application portfolio, driving cost‑to‑ownership reductions, and ensuring robust IT governance across business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the current application portfolio, identify retirement candidates and lead the retirement campaigns.
• Maintain up‑to‑date data quality for the portfolio and run improvement campaigns.
• Design and execute change‑management and communication plans tailored to different user roles.
• Govern IT processes for O, P and Q functions, adapting workflows based on the DIVS Site Leaders network.
• Deliver updated workflows to IM, oversee implementation, testing, business acceptance and communication.
• Monitor new business demands from request creation through to acceptance, registering applications, supporting data classification and reviewing deliverables.
• Ensure incident and evolution management meet SLA/OLA targets and coordinate escalations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in business management and project management (Agile).
• Proficiency in reporting and analytics, including Google Looker and Google Apps Script.
• Understanding of IT governance concepts; training provided if needed.
• Basic knowledge of software development and low‑code/no‑code concepts.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French at business level.
• ITIL knowledge (2‑3 years) and experience with Google Workspace.
