Data Analyst Trainee

About the role

Join the Transaction Banking COO team at BNP Paribas as a Data Analyst Trainee. You will support the Cash Management fee analysis unit and contribute to pricing and billing initiatives across EMEA, APAC and AMER regions.

Key responsibilities

• Automate and prototype business dashboards, preparing them for production.
• Report data queries and needs to TB Management and the COO.
• Assist in data governance and provide data‑driven insights for Cash Management.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, process data, and deliver actionable tools.
• Collaborate with IT, Business and Operations teams to improve data systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Fluent in English with strong attention to detail.
• Quick learner of new software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Curious and eager to learn banking products.

Required skills

• Highly proficient with MS Excel.
