Data Analyst – Power BI & Reporting

About the role

Join Sodexo Business Services as a Data Analyst, focusing on digital reporting and insight generation. You will work with European financial teams to enhance transparency, improve business performance, and drive digitisation through tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the digital reporting suite, ensuring smooth execution of business‑critical activities.
• Scope, design, and deliver reporting developments across multiple financial processes.
• Explore and implement advanced reporting technologies, with a focus on Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.
• Ensure reporting outputs align with governance frameworks and standards.
• Evaluate existing reporting processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders, translating requirements into clear reporting deliverables.
• Shift between data modelling, content creation, commercial insight, and business partnering as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Strong focus on product excellence, integrity, and customer orientation.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with solid communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility and versatility to adapt to changing priorities.
