Data Analyst

About the role

As our Data Analyst, you will provide essential support to the Digital Products & Innovation department by performing a variety of data analysis tasks, such as organizing large amounts of data, defining trends and patterns, and supporting data architects on other projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex data analysis and report on results.
• Interpret trends and patterns.
• Evaluate business needs and objectives.
• Analyze and organize raw information from different sources.
• Build data systems, pipelines, algorithms and prototypes.
• Develop analytical tools and programs.
• Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability.
• Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling.
• Identify opportunities for data acquisition.
• Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset and enjoyment of solving complex problems with data.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Experienced with Power BI and Python.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Skilled in using statistical techniques and data modeling to uncover insights.
• Knowledge of R or similar languages for data analysis is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborative and communicative, able to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to improve processes and contribute to innovation.
