Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data‑driven transformation initiatives at Inetum, a European leader in digital services. The role will help improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and provide strategic decision‑making insights through analytics, automation, and business intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis to support business units and stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, documentation and adherence to reporting best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data‑visualisation platforms.
• Knowledge of Python and/or R (optional but advantageous).
• Familiarity with Alteryx for data preparation and automation.
• Understanding of data quality, reporting and data‑management best practices.
