Data Analyst

About the role

Powerdot is building a network of electric‑vehicle chargers that makes charging as easy as plugging in a phone. As a Data Analyst in the Central Data team, you will turn raw data into actionable insights that help the business move quickly and make smarter decisions during a period of rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and transform data from internal databases, external APIs, and surveys to ensure it is analysis‑ready.
• Apply statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Create clear, compelling dashboards and reports using data‑visualisation tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand their questions and deliver data‑driven solutions.
• Champion data quality and promote best practices across teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest analytics tools, techniques, and trends.
• Mentor colleagues on analytics best practices and help raise the team’s overall capability.

Required profile

• Up to 4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to break down complex questions.
• Technical proficiency with SQL, Python, and at least one visualisation tool (Tableau, Metabase or Power BI).
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non‑technical audiences.
