Data Analyst & Dashboard Designer

About the role

Axians is seeking a skilled Data Analyst & Dashboard Designer to support a national cyber‑security risk management project. You will translate business requirements into actionable KPIs, build robust data models, and deliver insightful visualisations that help stakeholders monitor and mitigate security risks.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements to define KPIs for cyber‑security dashboards.
• Collect, clean, and transform data using ETL tools to create reliable data models.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI/Tableau dashboards ensuring data accuracy and availability.
• Perform data processing and statistical analysis with Dataiku and PostgreSQL.
• Apply basic machine‑learning techniques to uncover hidden correlations and generate additional insights.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and recommend actions to enhance dashboard effectiveness.
• Monitor data quality, refine models, and support multiple concurrent projects with autonomy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst developing dashboards and data visualisations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems proactively.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
