Cybersecurity Project Manager – French Speaker

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager who is fluent in French to lead and deliver security‑focused projects for large organisations in banking, insurance, telecommunications and energy. You will combine technical cybersecurity expertise with proven project‑management skills to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure, applying project‑management methodologies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and promote collaboration in high‑level environments.
• Ensure project deliverables meet technical, security and business requirements.
• Communicate progress and decisions clearly in both English and French.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven managerial experience with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on experience in cybersecurity domains such as IAM or Network Security.
• Experience working in collaborative, team‑oriented environments.
• Solid understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
• High personal accountability for decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1) and French (C1).
• Alignment with corporate culture, integrity and ethics.
