Cybersecurity Project Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

Inetum is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager who is fluent in French to lead a portfolio of security initiatives across Europe. You will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Development and other cross‑functional teams to deliver projects that align with business goals and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that cover design, implementation and delivery.
• Own end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring scope, budget and timeline are met.
• Monitor progress with KPIs, milestones and deliverables, providing regular status reports.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote collaboration and best practices across teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity (engineering or related roles).
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French (C1 level).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Network Security.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800 series frameworks.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
