Cybersecurity Project Manager (English & French)

About the role

Axians is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager who will lead and coordinate security initiatives across a complex, international environment. The role blends project‑management expertise with deep cybersecurity knowledge to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate technical resources from inception through implementation.
• Oversee projects to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor progress, produce detailed milestone and deliverable reports, and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct risk management, identify threats, raise stakeholder awareness, and define mitigation strategies.
• Communicate proactively with all team members to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional cybersecurity engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CISSP or CISA are a plus.
