Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to define, implement and oversee our information security strategy, policies and controls. The role protects digital assets, ensures regulatory compliance and prepares the organization for incident response, aligning with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an information security strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Design, implement and manage cybersecurity policies, procedures and controls based on standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800‑53, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, GLBA and CCPA.
• Define and monitor security KPIs, metrics and executive dashboards while promoting a security‑aware culture.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technology risks; coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with privacy and data‑protection regulations.
• Lead incident‑response activities, coordinate communications during security events and maintain resilience and recovery plans.
• Manage relationships with external cybersecurity service providers and technology partners.
• Prepare executive reports, deliver security training and mentor the cybersecurity team.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in information security or cybersecurity leadership.
• Proven experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, incident response and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
