Cyber Security Analyst – Regional Risk Management

About the role

Decskill is seeking a Cyber Security professional to support the definition, monitoring and governance of cyber and IT risk across its regional operations. The role will act as a bridge between central security teams and local entities, ensuring consistent risk management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Update and establish Cyber Security & IT Risk Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for regional and local groups.
• Monitor cyber security posture of users hosted by entities across the region.
• Deploy and maintain a Cyber/IT Risk dashboard based on key risk and performance indicators.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for central regional teams and Territory CISOs to disseminate guidelines, news and alerts.
• Organise and lead EMEA and Territory committees, collecting and consolidating inputs from regional teams.
• Assist Territory CISOs in preparing local Cyber/IT Risk committee materials for regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• ISO lead auditor or lead implementor certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including macros) and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risks, frameworks and requirements.
• Risk‑oriented mindset with the ability to challenge information critically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a productive team environment.
