Customer Support Representative (Spanish) – Remote

About the role

A leading global provider of customer experience and business process outsourcing services is hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative through David Kennedy Recruitment. The role is fully remote and based in Portugal, supporting a global entertainment streaming platform with account enquiries, billing issues and technical troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic customer support across available communication channels
• Help customers with account management, billing enquiries and technical issues
• Troubleshoot common platform and streaming problems and give clear solutions
• Give accurate information on products, services and platform features
• Resolve enquiries efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction within quality and performance standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery

Required profile

• Fluent Castilian Spanish and at least B1 English
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with computers, digital platforms and online services
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and to handle rotational shifts including weekends
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to mainland Portugal
• Previous customer or technical support experience is an advantage
