Customer Support Representative – Brazilian Market

About the role

goFLUENT is seeking a motivated Learning Consultant to join its Customer Support team, focusing on the Brazilian market. You will guide learners through their language journey, ensure a smooth experience, and provide feedback to improve services.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert on goFLUENT products and explain them to new learners.
• Respond to learner requests via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Encourage students to use available resources and follow up by phone.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication.
• Identify and propose improvements to internal procedures and response quality.

Required profile

• Native Portuguese speaker with excellent oral and written communication.
• At least 1 year of successful customer service experience.
• Empathetic, organized, adaptable and able to work autonomously.
• Intermediate English (minimum B2) and a bachelor’s degree in any field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Google Docs and Open Office.
• Comfortable working with internet‑based tools.
