Customer Support – French Speaker (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English speaker to join a leading Swiss telecommunications company as a remote Customer Support Agent. The position is fully remote within Portugal and offers a full‑time schedule, allowing you to provide high‑quality assistance to customers from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls, delivering professional and courteous service.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing updates, invoicing, collections, and complaint management.
• Maintain accurate records and follow operational procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong commitment to a long‑term project.
• Basic computer proficiency.

What we offer

• One‑month paid training (08:00‑16:00).
• Base salary of €920 gross per month (paid 14 times per year).
• Performance bonus up to €360 per month.
• Language allowances: €150 for English and €100 for French.
• Meal allowance of €10.20 per working day.
• Flex‑work allowance of €60 per month and attendance allowance of €110 per month.
