Customer Support Advisor – French & English

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Advisor fluent in French and English to join our international customer experience team. The advisor will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, live chat, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate, personalized information on services, accounts, bookings, products, and digital platforms.
• Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints with a focus on first‑contact resolution.
• Document interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in internal systems.
• Identify recurring issues, trends, or risks and escalate them appropriately.
• Collaborate with team leaders, quality specialists, and other support departments.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Advanced or native proficiency in French and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Service‑oriented mindset with excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and solution‑focused in challenging situations.
• Resilience and willingness to continuously improve.
