Customer Success Manager – Mid-Market (French Speaking)

About the role

As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at TeamViewer, you will act as a trusted advisor for French‑speaking mid‑size customers, helping them realize measurable business value from the TeamViewer Digital Workplace platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid‑market customers across multiple industries, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive adoption, onboarding, and enablement to ensure customers achieve defined success criteria and ROI.
• Conduct regular touchpoints, business reviews, and lifecycle outreach to monitor health, usage and risk.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to expand accounts.
• Provide the voice of the customer to Product, Marketing and Engineering, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar customer‑facing role, preferably in SaaS or software.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to monitor metrics, assess risk and develop mitigation plans.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS customer success processes and tools.
