Customer Solutions Specialist - French Brand

About the role

Armatis, a leading customer relationship outsourcing company in Europe with more than 37 years of experience, is looking for a French-speaking Customer Solutions Specialist to join its growing energy-sector project. You will work in the company's modern offices in Guimarães; the first few months are office-based, and after 3 to 4 months you may be eligible for remote work depending on consistent performance.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to help customers with their enquiries
• Handle customer requests through back-office channels
• Advise and support customers throughout their experience
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
• Handle objections and complaints professionally
• Carry out sales-related tasks as required by the project
• Ensure a high-quality customer service experience using various IT applications, systems and digital tools

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken French (C1 or C2 mandatory)
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, sales or advisory roles is an advantage
• Availability for variable and rotating schedules
• Full-time availability: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
• Candidates must already reside in Portugal; relocation is not provided
