Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be the first point of contact for our B2C and B2B customers. The role is based in Linda-a-Velha, Braga and operates on a hybrid schedule, combining office presence with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through voice, email and chat channels.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Advise customers on Nestlé Business Solutions’ product and service portfolio.
• Promote the full range of offerings to generate interest and drive adoption.
• Prioritize first‑contact resolution to improve the overall experience.
• Handle complaints with empathy, turning feedback into service improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement services.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive mindset, strong eagerness to learn and collaborate.
• Organized, respectful and reliable work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
