About the role

LBC Mortgage is expanding its Insurance Department and seeks a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused representative to join a fully remote team. The role involves assisting clients in both English and Russian with insurance‑related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and text communications.
• Assist clients with insurance questions, policy updates, and documentation requests.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company systems.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Russian.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
• Strong communication, active listening, and phone etiquette.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work setting.
