Customer Service Representative – Italian & English

About the role

Join the customer service team of a leading international insurance company in Lisbon, supporting customers in a dynamic, multicultural environment. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing professional support in both Italian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support and assistance in Italian and English.
• Respond to customer enquiries and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Use various digital tools and platforms as part of daily work.
• Follow established procedures and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Italian language proficiency at C2 level.
• English proficiency at strong B2 or C1 level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented approach with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.

What we offer

• Salary of €1,000 gross per month (paid in 14 instalments), approximately €1,166 gross per month when averaged over 12 months.
• Welcome bonus of €2,000 paid in 12 monthly instalments.
