Customer Service Representative – French Speaker (Remote – Braga)

About the role
We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our multicultural team in Braga. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home while providing top‑quality support to our international customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email and chat, answering questions in a professional manner.
- Follow up on each case to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
- Document interactions accurately and maintain up‑to‑date records.
- Contribute ideas to improve service quality and customer experience.
Required profile
- Fluent French (spoken and written).
- Based in Braga, Portugal.
- Motivated with a strong service mindset; prior contact‑center experience is not required.
- Good level of English is a plus but not essential.
