Customer Service Representative – French Speaker (Guimarães)

About the role

We are expanding our multilingual support team in Guimarães and are looking for French‑speaking Customer Service Representatives. You will join a multicultural environment where you will assist customers via phone, email and chat, ensuring each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French through phone, email and live chat.
• Document each case accurately and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teammates from across Europe in a structured, supportive setting.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written French.
• Good command of English is a plus.
• Motivated, service‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• No prior contact‑centre experience required.

• Basic computer literacy for handling email, chat and phone systems.
