Customer Service Representative (French & English) – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in French and English to join our Lisbon office. You will provide B2B support to business clients using our innovative payment solutions platform, handling inquiries through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer support in French and English across multiple channels.
• Assist business clients with platform usage, troubleshoot issues and propose tailored solutions.
• Verify account information, identify account holders and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold service standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma (mandatory).
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer‑oriented contact centre.
• Tech‑savvy with strong computer skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, on‑site.
• Eligibility for a Portuguese NIF and NISS for employment and health insurance.

What we offer

• Base salary €930 gross per month, paid 14 times per year.
• Food allowance €7.63 per working day.
• Comprehensive relocation support, including a shared apartment (utilities included) with a €280 monthly deduction.
• Rotational schedule with two days off per week.
