Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience to our shoppers. You will be the front‑line ambassador, handling transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean, well‑stocked store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register, process sales, returns, voids, rain checks, refunds and exchanges.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and proactively identify their needs.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and shelves; perform inventory checks and stock rotation using FIFO.
• Ensure compliance with state and local regulations for regulated products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Provide photo‑area services, including digital passport photos and promotional product sales.
• Handle web‑order pick‑up, monitor orders, and deliver items to customers.
• Support store asset‑protection procedures and assist with merchandising displays.
• Participate in training, follow company policies, and complete special assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: at least six months of retail experience.

Required skills

• Cash register operation and cash handling.
• Proficiency with store point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic inventory management and stock rotation.
