Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, delivering a distinctive and delightful experience while handling sales transactions and store upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate the cash register: process sales, returns, refunds, rain checks, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves; perform inventory checks and price updates.
• Implement asset‑protection procedures and comply with regulations for alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Build and refresh promotional displays, seasonal structures, and sale merchandise.
• Provide photo‑area services, including digital passport photos and promotional product sales.
• Handle web‑order pick‑up, monitor orders, and deliver items to customers.
• Support store cleanliness and overall appearance, both interior and exterior.
• Follow all company policies and complete special assignments as directed.

Required profile

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: at least six months of retail experience.

Required skills

• Cash register and point‑of‑sale system operation.
• Basic inventory and merchandising knowledge.
