Customer Project Manager

About the role

The Customer Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex railway projects, coordinating multiple internal and external products, technologies and solutions. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and quality targets while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close railway projects across geographically distributed teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined scope, budget, schedule and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Drive project communication, risk assessment, change management and opportunity identification.
• Monitor financial performance, contractual adherence and customer satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities during execution.
• Manage escalations and provide executive‑level status reporting.
• Lead vendor management to align with project goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 10–15 years of experience leading complex projects.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Proven experience delivering railway projects and deploying railway subsystems.
• Strong customer focus and problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivational team leadership and high autonomy.
