Customer Logistics Planning & Supply Chain Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group’s Aveiro site as an extracurricular intern and support the Customer Logistics Planning & Supply Chain team. You will work on international spare‑parts and accessory orders, helping to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction while gaining hands‑on experience in a global manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with international customers for spare parts, accessories, and Bosch components.
• Plan and source goods from overseas suppliers, coordinating delivery schedules.
• Monitor logistics and customer‑oriented KPIs, identify risks and waste, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Knowledge of logistics concepts and Lean principles.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Organized, detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proactive, adaptable, results‑driven, and strong communicator.
