Customer Care Advisor – French Speaking

About the role

Join a dedicated retention team that handles inbound French‑language calls from customers considering cancellation. Your goal is to understand their concerns, propose suitable alternatives, and turn a potential churn into a positive experience while identifying genuine upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound French calls from customers planning to cancel services.
• Diagnose reasons for cancellation and present tailored solutions.
• Promote relevant products, promotions, and exclusive offers.
• Upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate, aiming to meet quality and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent French (mandatory) with good English proficiency.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable using basic computer tools.
• Calm under pressure, solution‑oriented and a clear communicator.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary €920 gross per month.
• Performance bonus up to €360 gross per month.
• Language allowance €250 gross per month.
• Meal allowance €10.20 net per day, assiduity allowance €110 gross per month, and flex work allowance €60 net per month.
• Permanent contract, remote work setup, rotating weekday shifts (07h–18h) with weekends off.
