Creative Video Producer (Brand Storytelling)

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Creative Video Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of video content that strengthens brand storytelling, educates users, and drives engagement across digital platforms. You will combine creative vision with project‑management expertise to deliver high‑quality videos on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to develop concepts, write scripts, and create storyboards aligned with brand guidelines.
• Oversee all production aspects, including hiring crews, directing talent, managing sets, locations, and equipment.
• Guide post‑production, ensuring color grading, sound design, and motion graphics meet quality standards.
• Optimize video assets for social media, web, and in‑app platforms while maintaining consistent production quality.
• Maintain brand standards, meet deadlines, and control production budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in video production, from concept to final edit.
• Strong project‑management, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Final Cut Pro.
