Creative Strategist

About the role

We are a fast‑moving performance marketing group based in Lisbon, looking for a Creative Strategist who blends direct‑response thinking with hands‑on execution. You will shape creative concepts across multiple verticals, turning data into winning ideas that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end creative strategy: research, angles, hooks, scripts, briefs, and maintain a pipeline of concepts.
• Run batch creative testing, continuously feeding new angles without waiting for briefs.
• Translate performance data into the next creative decision, not just reading dashboards.
• Get hands‑on with live campaigns when strategy meets execution, opening ad accounts to validate ideas.
• Bridge teams by transferring winning angles, tactics, and learnings across verticals.
• Stay current on formats, platforms, and industry trends and bring that knowledge in‑house.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in video editing.
• Creative mindset with performance instincts – you generate ideas, not just organize them.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads sufficient to operate an account.
• Consistent output of strong creative concepts.
• Analytical, data‑driven approach to iterating ideas.
• Problem‑solver comfortable moving across business contexts.
• Self‑directed, accountable, and fluent in Portuguese and English.
