Creative Producer (Remote EU, Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Producer to lead the creation of high‑impact video ads for a fast‑growing femtech company. Working remotely across the EU, you will translate product insights and social trends into compelling paid‑social creatives that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and deliver 20+ video creative ideas each month, informed by product data, competitor ads and social trends.
• Write engaging UGC scripts with strong hooks, storytelling and clear calls‑to‑action for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Produce at least 10 UGC‑driven videos per month, managing the full production cycle from talent casting to final delivery.
• Coordinate creators, editors, designers, freelancers and agencies to ensure timely, launch‑ready assets.
• Review submissions, provide actionable feedback and maintain quality standards.
• Analyse creative performance metrics and iterate concepts to improve results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative production, performance marketing or paid‑social advertising.
• Strong portfolio of performance‑driven video ads and UGC content.
• Proven ability to write scripts for UGC creators and direct‑response video ads.
• Experience managing external creative talent and agencies.
• Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate performance insights into new concepts.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
