Corporate Lawyer – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

Universal Kraft group is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its dynamic, international team focused on renewable energy solutions. This role offers the chance to work across multiple jurisdictions, supporting projects from permitting through execution while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate a wide range of global commercial transactions, including sales agreements, partnership deals, and deeds.
• Advise internal stakeholders on key issues and risks in commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with internal standards and guidelines.
• Develop and enhance a streamlined, efficient, and scalable contracting process in collaboration with business clients.
• Provide legal support throughout the full project lifecycle, from permitting to execution, to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support the fast‑growing, innovative global company by handling additional legal matters as required, including privacy, data protection, and information security agreements.

Required profile

• Strong academic background in law with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and make concise decisions.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
