Corporate Lawyer – Legal Services

About the role

Ricoh Portugal is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to lead its legal function. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support across corporate governance, contracts, litigation and data protection, ensuring the company operates within a robust legal framework.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate governance, contract management, NDAs, litigation, public tenders and data protection matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate local contracts across all business areas.
• Support senior group lawyers by delivering high‑quality legal work within agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience in IT environments is an advantage.
• Fluent Portuguese and excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience working with external counsel and building strong relationships with in‑house teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and negotiation abilities.
