Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Ricoh Portugal is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its legal team. You will provide comprehensive legal support across corporate governance, commercial contracts, data protection, and public tender processes, helping the company navigate complex regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a broad range of legal functions, including corporate governance, contracts, NDAs, litigation, public tenders, and data protection.
• Draft, review, and negotiate local contracts across all legal areas.
• Support senior group lawyers by delivering high‑quality work within set deadlines.
• Collaborate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, group‑wide contract standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience in IT environments is an advantage.
• Fluent Portuguese and excellent English (verbal and written); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong ability to build relationships with in‑house legal teams and management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially savvy, results‑driven, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
