Corporate Lawyer

About the role

Ricoh Portugal is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across the organisation. You will work closely with senior group lawyers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that corporate governance, contracts and regulatory matters are handled with precision and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a broad range of legal functions, including corporate governance, contracts, NDAs, litigation, public tenders and data protection.
• Draft, review and negotiate local contracts across all legal areas.
• Support senior group lawyers by delivering high‑quality work within set deadlines.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and advisers as needed.
• Develop strong working relationships with in‑house legal teams and management to create effective, group‑wide contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a practising lawyer.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and other legal documents.
• Experience in IT environments is an advantage.
• Fluent Portuguese and excellent English verbal and written communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to present alternative solutions to mitigate business risks.
