Corporate Finance Manager (M/F)

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial advisory activities, support high‑impact transactions and drive business development. You will act as a bridge between strategy, execution and client relationships, shaping deals that create sustainable value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and optimise organisational processes to support senior leadership decision‑making.
• Coordinate team activities, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations and high performance.
• Implement internal policies with a focus on cost control and business objectives.
• Prepare and monitor activity plans and budgets, proposing corrective measures when needed.
• Originate new projects, develop business opportunities and manage client acquisition.
• Maintain a client portfolio, fostering long‑term partnerships built on trust.
• Structure, analyse and negotiate corporate finance transactions, including M&A, restructuring and valuation.
• Coordinate commercial proposals and oversee legal documentation processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Management or Economics with a Master’s (preferably in Finance).
• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance or transaction services, ideally in banking, Big 4 or M&A boutiques.
• 5+ years of proven team leadership and coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and investment evaluation.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel.
