Coordinador(a) de Limpieza – Part‑Time (11 am‑3 pm)

About the role

As a Cleaning Coordinator at CBRE you will support daily cleaning operations in a high‑traffic office building. The part‑time shift runs from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, allowing you to ensure that common areas, restrooms and storage spaces remain tidy and presentable.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of floors, hallways, elevators, restrooms, windows, glass partitions and mirrors.
• Restock restroom supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues and soap.
• Dust furniture, walls and equipment, and rearrange furniture when required.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a secure area.
• Complete detailed check‑lists for each assigned zone and follow company cleaning standards.
• Adhere to safe handling procedures for chemicals and electrical equipment.
• Participate in scheduled staff meetings and required training sessions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to two years of related cleaning or facilities experience.
• Physical ability to bend, stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs and lift 50 lb or more.
• Strong communication skills for clear information exchange.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
