W 호텔 주방에서 Cook II로서 신선한 재료를 준비하고 다양한 조리 과정을 수행합니다. 고객에게 높은 품질의 음식을 제공하기 위해 팀과 협업합니다.
주요 업무
- 신선한 과일·채소 세척·껍질 제거 및 재료 계량·혼합
- 레시피와 품질·프레젠테이션 기준에 따라 음식 조리
- 오븐, 스토브, 그릴, 전자레인지, 튀김기 등 주방 장비 운영
- 조리 중 음식의 익힘 정도와 품질 모니터링
- 조리 후 음식 포장·제공 및 작업 공간 정리·소독
- 주방 및 장비 온도 확인·안전·보안 정책 준수
지원 자격
- 고등학교 졸업 또는 동등 학력
- 관련 업무 최소 1년 이상 경험
- 특별한 면허·자격증 요구 없음
필수 역량
- 오븐·스토브·그릴·전자레인지·프라이어 등 주방 장비 운영 능력
- 식품 위생 및 안전 관리
- 정확한 계량·측정·혼합 기술
- 청결 유지 및 작업 공간 정리 능력
