Controller – Finance Operations

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, enforce internal controls, and support management with insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s accounting books and financial records.
• Maintain effective accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with government agencies and applicable regulations.
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Analyze financial transactions and prepare financial reports.
• Supervise and support accounting personnel.
• Provide financial analysis and support to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 5–7 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP; CPA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles.
