Contracting Counsel Associate Manager

About the role
Accenture’s Corporate Functions team is seeking a Contracting Counsel Associate Manager to lead, structure, draft and negotiate complex client transactions. You will work in a fast‑paced corporate environment, advising senior leadership on legal risks and shaping market‑facing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, negotiate and close master services, outsourcing, SaaS, data transfer, cloud, blockchain, automation and agile development agreements.
- Provide counsel to senior executives on legal and commercial risks.
- Mentor and train junior legal professionals.
- Stay current on industry developments and integrate insights into transactional practices.
- Develop subject‑matter expertise and contribute to internal guidelines, toolkits and knowledge capital.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration or outsourcing, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- At least 2 years negotiating intellectual property and data‑privacy issues.
- Strong negotiation skills with a principle‑based approach.
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions independently.
Required skills
- Negotiation and contract drafting.
- Understanding of intellectual property and data‑privacy law.
- Knowledge of cloud, SaaS, blockchain, automation and agile development contracts.
